The Crowne
Plaza Dubai offers one of the largest meeting, conference and banqueting facilities
in the Gulf. The Jumeirah Ballroom has 1127 square metres of uninterrupted floor
space and is one of the largest ballrooms in the United Arab Emirates. It can
be divided into three sections with three soundproof partitions. This is the ideal
venue for conferences, exhibitions, meetings, banquets, weddings and fashion shows.
All
function rooms are equipped with state-of-the-art audio-visual and lighting equipment
and most enjoy the benefits of natural daylight. All rooms are elaborately appointed.
Professional banqueting staff and 24 hour on call technical staff are available,
as well as outside catering for functions.
Jumairah Ballroom - measures 49.0 metres by 23.0 metres with a ceiling height of 4.48 metres, and
door measurements of 2.03 metres by 0.94 metres, and can accommodate up to 1400
theatre style, 180 boardroom style, 800 classroom style, 1800 reception style
and 1000 plus banquet style. Located on 2nd floor (Main lobby level).
Ballroom
I - measures 16.0 metres by 23.0 metres with a ceiling height of 4.48
metres, and door measurements of 2.0 metres by 0.94 metres, and can accommodate
up to 350 theatre style, 60 boardroom style, 200 classroom style, 400 reception
style and 250 banquet style. Located on 2nd floor.
Ballroom II - measures 16.0 metres by 23.0 metres with a ceiling height of 4.48 metres, and
door measurements of 2.0 metres by 0.94 metres, and can accommodate up to 350
theatre style, 60 boardroom style, 200 classroom style, 400 reception style and

metres with a ceiling height of 2.5 metres, and door measurements of 2.0 metres
by 1.7 metres, and can accommodate up to 60 theatre style, 20 boardroom style,
30 classroom style, 60 reception style and 40 banquet style. Located on 3rd floor.
Emirates
Auditorium - measures 29.0 metres by
18.0 metres with a ceiling height of 4.48 metres, and door measurements of 2.42
metres by 0.86 metres, and can accommodate up to 500 theatre style. Located on
2nd floor.
Audio-Visual - A comprehensive range of state of the art audio-visual
and lighting equipment is available for use.
Business
Centre and Services - Secretarial,
facsimile, photocopier, personal computer and simultaneous translation services
are available at a charge. On request for a fee video conferencing can be arranged.
