The Market offers a three-in-one restaurant concept with international favorites ranging from Japanese, Italian and Thai. This main dining room with its "show kitchen" has a seating capacity of up to 345 diners in either indoor or outdoor settings. The Market also conducts cooking classes ranging from Thai to Italian with the Hilton's master chefs. Guests can learn how to make fresh pasta, pizza, or traditional Thai cooking using the spices and herbs that have make the cuisine famous worldwide.
