ACCOMMODATION : The Mauresque Andalouse was built at the begining of the last century and was recently restored, preserving its original features. This charming town housse has stunning views over and intellectual capital of the Kingdom and the Zalagh mountains. A sumptuous traditional Moroccan breakfast is inclued in the price of accommodation, as are non-alcoholic drinks. All suites has a sitting room, a mini-bar, television, air conditioning and telephone with an outside line.

Al MANZAH : on the terrace with a breath-taking view over the ancient walled city of Fez.
The JNAN : on the ground floor, next to the garden and fountain.
The cooking itself is a good enough reason to make the trip to Fez. This is real gastronomy; a homage to the senses and freshest, highest quality produce.
